Towing Service Dallas Drivers Can Count On
Our towing service in Dallas covers cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, motorcycles, box trucks and small equipment. We are a light and medium duty towing company based at 1624 Jeffries St, between Deep Ellum and Fair Park.
When you call, we ask four things: where you are, what you drive, what happened and where the vehicle needs to go. That tells us which truck to send and how to load it. Most tows are done with a flatbed, which carries your vehicle with all four wheels off the road. For short moves and tight spaces, a wheel-lift truck can be the faster choice.

Flatbed vs. Wheel-Lift Towing
A flatbed tow truck has a deck that tilts and slides back to the ground. Your vehicle is winched up onto the deck and strapped down at the wheels. Nothing rolls on the road, so the drivetrain and tires are protected. Flatbeds are the right call for all-wheel drive cars, EVs, low cars and anything with crash damage.
A wheel-lift truck uses a metal yoke that cradles two wheels and lifts that end of the car. The other two wheels roll on the street. Wheel-lift trucks are smaller and easier to fit into parking garages, apartment lots and narrow streets in older Dallas neighborhoods.
What We Do Not Tow
We do not offer heavy duty towing. That means no semi trucks, tractor trailers, buses, dump trucks or large RVs. If you have one of those, we will tell you up front so you do not lose time.
