By using dawsontow.com or booking a service with Dawson Tow Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Services
We provide light and medium duty towing and roadside assistance in and around Dallas, Texas. We do not provide heavy duty towing.
Quotes and Payment
We give a quote before we send a truck, based on the details you share. If the job is different from what was described, such as a different location, a stuck vehicle or extra wait time, the price may change. We will tell you before doing extra work. Payment is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise.
Your Responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your location and vehicle.
- Confirm you own the vehicle or have the right to have it moved or opened.
- Remove valuables, toll tags and personal items before towing.
- Point out any known damage before we load.
Vehicle Condition and Damage
We take care to protect your vehicle. Before loading, we note its condition. We are not responsible for damage that was already there, for mechanical failure that was not caused by us, or for items left inside the vehicle. If you believe we caused damage, tell us before the driver leaves or within 24 hours, and we will review it with you.
